Policies and Procedures
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns and/or exchanges will not be issued or accepted for any reason, this includes fragrance preference claims (e.g. "I did not like the scent." “The scent was not what I expected.” Etc.)
Sweet Anointings LLC will accept returns only when item(s) being returned is due to an error on our part. If this is the case, you must immediately do the following:
- Immediately take a detailed photo of the damage item and submit via email within 24hrs of receiving your package
- Contact us in order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept items back without a return authorization number. Items will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- The item(s) must be returned within 2-3 days of original date of purchase, unopened, in its original packaging and not damaged. Damaged items are unacceptable and therefore non-returnable.
- Returned item(s) must also have a copy of the original receipt included.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sweet Anointings LLC, we try to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Due to this process, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
SHIPPING POLICY/PROCEDURE
All Items that are in stock will be processed within 2-5 business days. All items should arrive within 2-7 days after processing. Please keep in mind that out of stock items will take much longer. If this is the case, you will be notified via email the processing time and expected date of delivery. All orders ship USPS with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation,
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are inspected and well packaged before shipping to the customer. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will not be held responsible if such an act should take place with your order.
Please note the following: Bath bombs are more susceptible to cracking or denting while in transit. This does not render them unusable and as a result bath bombs are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Due to the handmade nature of my products, no two are identical. Color variations are to be expected and as a result, no refunds or replacements will be issued for differences in color. Please allow for variations in color as compared to product listing photos and/or previous orders.
WARM WEATHER SEASON
During the warm weather season, Sweet Anointings will not be held responsible for any packages/shipment left inside of a hot mailbox or porch being exposed to high temperatures for any amount of time. All packages are tracked and timestamped, so such occurrences will be evident. As a result, refunds and/or replacements will not be issued.
Please take note that Whipped Soap, Body Frostings & Lotion Bars are extremely sensitive to heat and may melt or liquify and cannot be recovered.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At this time PayPal is the choice for Sweet Anointings LLC payment system. This helps us make sure item(s) ordered are being delivered to the credit card holder.
