Sweet Anointings LLC
Website: www.sweetanointings.org
Effective Date: November 1, 2026
At Sweet Anointings, we believe that trust is an important part of every relationship. Just as we create our products and experiences with intention and care, we are committed to treating your personal information with respect.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Our current Coming Soon website allows visitors to voluntarily subscribe to receive launch announcements, business updates, and news from Sweet Anointings.
When you subscribe, we collect and maintain:
- Your email address
- Whether you agreed to receive communications
- The wording of the consent you accepted
- The date and time of your subscription
- A unique unsubscribe token and, if applicable, the date and time you unsubscribe
We do not currently request your name, mailing address, telephone number, or payment information through the Coming Soon subscription form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your subscription information to:
- Maintain our email subscriber list
- Send launch announcements and Sweet Anointings news when email communications become available
- Respect and document your communication preferences
- Process unsubscribe and deletion requests
- Protect our signup form against spam and misuse
We do not sell your subscriber information to advertisers or data brokers.
3. Your Consent and Email Preferences
Subscribing to our email list is voluntary.
You may unsubscribe from future marketing communications using an unsubscribe link included in applicable emails once our email-sending service is operational.
Unsubscribing stops future marketing communications but does not automatically delete your entire subscriber record. We may retain limited information indicating that you unsubscribed to help prevent unwanted future communications.
You may also contact us directly to request removal of your information.
4. How We Protect Your Information
Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information transmitted between your browser and our website.
Subscriber records are maintained in a database associated with our GoDaddy-hosted website. Access to the subscriber administration system is restricted through server-side authentication.
We take reasonable steps to protect subscriber information. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Website Hosting and Technical Information
Our website is hosted using GoDaddy's services. GoDaddy and its infrastructure providers may process technical information necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the website.
Our subscription application temporarily uses IP addresses in server memory to limit repeated submissions and help prevent spam. These IP addresses are not stored in our subscriber database.
Our hosting provider may separately maintain technical server logs under its own operational and retention practices.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our current Coming Soon website does not intentionally use advertising tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or application-set tracking cookies.
We may introduce analytics or other website features in the future. If our information practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
Google Fonts: Our website uses Google Fonts to display certain typography. When you visit our website, your browser may connect to Google's servers to load these fonts. Google may receive technical information, such as your IP address, in connection with these requests. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Sharing Your Information
We use website hosting and technical service providers to operate and maintain our website and subscriber system.
We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or operation of our business and services.
If we introduce an email delivery provider, that provider may process subscriber information on our behalf to deliver communications. We will update this policy as appropriate when such services are implemented.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain subscriber information while it is needed to manage subscriptions, honor communication preferences, and operate our mailing list, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Unsubscribed records may be retained for suppression purposes unless deletion is requested or otherwise required.
You may request deletion of your subscriber information by contacting us. We can remove subscriber records from our application database through our secure administration system. Separate hosting records, backups, or other information held by service providers may be subject to their retention practices.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
To make a privacy-related request, please contact us at:
We may need to verify that a request relates to an email address you control before disclosing or deleting personal information.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Coming Soon email subscription is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this form.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and address the request.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, products, and services evolve.
When changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.
